My name is Kellyann Martin, the Company Director of Presley Property Ltd, a property investment company.
I specialise in increasing people’s wealth by investing in residential property for rental in Leeds.
I have been a landlord since 2008, and my rental portfolio is a mix of single let houses and multi-let units, with my favourite type being providing rental houses for families.
You might already have guessed from the company name: I am a big Elvis fan!
As well as music, I also enjoy writing and performing poetry, travelling, destroying karaoke tunes, dancing, and I love helping local businesses in my role as Secretary of the Morley Chamber of Trade and Commerce.
