Before founding Clarke HR in 2016, Siobhan led the full spectrum of HR functions across both corporate and governmental organisations. Her vision was to create a consultancy that blends outsourced HR support, strategic HR advice, training, and coaching—all tailored to the unique needs of each client.
Nine years on, Clarke HR has partnered with a diverse range of organisations, including Community Interest Companies (CiCs), Innovate UK-funded agri-tech startups, local government bodies, academic institutions, and commercial enterprises. Clients range from early-stage startups looking to build strong foundations, to high-turnover businesses seeking to elevate their people practices.
The work is dynamic, challenging, and deeply rewarding—and Siobhan wouldn’t have it any other way.
As a trainer, Siobhan is known for her engaging style and ability to tailor content to each audience. She has designed and delivered bespoke training programmes for clients such as Investors in People, Greencore, Ian Mosey, Grand Central Rail, Swinton Technologies, and Stage One Creative Services.
Originally from the South of England, Siobhan moved to Yorkshire over 30 years ago—and proudly calls it home.
