Hi, I’m Ann-Zinga, Born and raised in Leeds. I am a cheerful outgoing individual working for myself as a private cleaning contractor, with a keen interest in buildings and a passion for property. I started my career in the property industry as a sales coordinator for an independent estate agency 17 years ago.
Since then, I have worked as a Lettings Negotiator, headed up a Centralised Referencing Department before going on to work for the Head Office of Operations for an established agency. This involved dealing with compliance, legislation, and training new members of staff in all aspects of property management and lettings.
I have vast knowledge and valuable experience in the property industry and would like to share this while helping you find your next home. Becoming an independent agent will allow me to tailor my client’s individual needs as we work closely together on your next move.
